Today’s Teaching Tip is all about making reading FUN for kids (and adults!). One way we have found to make reading extra exciting is pairing it with an activity. Our favorite summer activity is visiting National Parks!
This National Park Passport is your guide to all of the National Parks, Monuments, Historic Sites and Preserves in the country. When you visit each site, there is always a National Park site to visit which includes lots of interesting reading! Of course, then you and your child can explore the park together.
This Passport is the perfect summer “to do list” that encourages activity and reading opportunities.
